Laser Cutting
6KW fibre optic laser cutting up to 1500 × 3000 × 25mm.
Sheet Metal Folding
Three press brakes up to 200T and 4 metres long with CNC automation.
Metal Fabrication
Guillotine cutting, sheet rolling, bandsaws, cold-saw, stud pressing, CNC hole tapping and stud arc machine.
Welding
Eight weld bays with Fronius & Kemppi MIG, AC/DC TIG, brazing and laser welding. Stainless, aluminium and mild steel.
Tube & Pipe Fabrication
Mandrel tube bender up to 40 NB pipe, section rolling of square, round and angle, plus tube notcher.
CAD Design & Project Management
Three mechanical engineers with 20+ years combined industry experience using Solidworks, AutoCAD & Inventor.
Volume Production
Fixture tables, laser-cut jigs and 3D printing (FDM) for prototyping — one-offs through to volume runs.
Router
NC numerical controlled overhead router with 1800 × 3000 bed — cuts wood and non-ferrous metals up to 25mm thick.
Rolling & Guillotine
3600mm guillotine cutting 3mm stainless / 6mm mild steel up to 4000mm long, plus 1900mm sheet roller for full-length 3mm plate.
